Kristin brings over 15 years of experience developing award-wining digital and traditional media campaigns.
Kristin’s love for advertising started in the 5th grade when she created the winning ad for the Little Professor Book Store in the CT State Ad Contest. After graduating from the highly regarded College of Communications at Boston University, Kristin began her career in NYC and has since worked for a myriad of brands from non-profit agencies and start-ups to Fortune 500 companies including Cartier, Citibank, LG Electronics, Luxottica, David Yurman, Nina Ricci, Hasbro, City Harvest, and the Wildlife Conservation Society.
Kristin served as Vice President, Account Director for Publicis Modem (formerly Modem Media) for over 7 years where she was the strategic digital lead for numerous innovative campaigns. After Publicis, she moved to Havas Media in the role as Digital Marketing Director, and then to AD/FIN as the Marketing Lead.
Her early years in advertising were spent at the boutique luxury brand agency, Lipman, and Foote Cone & Belding.
Outside of the office Kristin loves to travel, play tennis, and spend time outdoors with her family and beloved French bulldog. She currently lives in Old Greenwich, CT with her husband and two young children.
Gail cultivates innovation through custom brainstorms, cross-team ideation, concept creation, and copywriting. She calls both her process and her business, Gailstorm.
Throughout her career as a creative, in agencies large and small, her primary expertise and passion has always been helping creative ideas flourish. Her recent agency experience includes TracyLocke, where she was the Global Executive Concept Director, a fancy title, which meant she was responsible for idea generation at this 350-person agency that specializes in Shopper Marketing and has PepsiCo as its largest client. As Chief Idea Officer at Inspira, she gave a well-meaning experiential shop, known for nuts and bolts pop-ups, their creative swagger.
She is renown for leading integrated agency teams in their desire to create one voice for client, including Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly-Clark, Hewlett-Packard and Harman International.
Gail began her career at Ogilvy, where she moved up on the copywriting side of the business. She also ran an award winning Public Relations agency where she and her clients enjoyed more than their share of fifteen minutes of fame. She has been recognized with numerous awards, including a coveted Cannes Lion for her work on Guinness.
Joe has 10+ years experience as an art director, designer, illustrator and creative strategist.
He’s worked on projects big and small for a diverse set of clients—McDonald’s, Coca Cola, Nascar, Carhartt and the NBA to name a few. Joe relentlessly strives to view the creative process from different angles. What will move the audience visually and inspire? What will feel tactile and authentic? What will make the creative more enticing and elevate the work beyond simple advertising or basic communication.
While design with a touch of visual irreverence may be a trademark, Joe takes the business side of the industry seriously and brings strategy-based thinking to every project regardless of medium or audience.
In his off hours, Joe draws comic books, watches films, listens to music and collects
comic book art.
